お客様を犯罪者のように扱っているつもりは全くありません。
お客様が届いていない商品にお金を払いたくないように、
私どもはまだ戻ってきてもいない商品の代金を払い戻すことができないだけです。
私どもは少しでも早く商品がお客様に届くように努力をしています。
商品の注文があってからすぐに発送していることは、
確認して戴ければわかる事です。
しかし私達には、郵便局の通知が存在したのか確認する方法はありません。
荷物が戻ってきて初めて商品が届かなかったことが確認が出来るのです。

Just as you would not want to pay for an item that didn't arrive, we are unable to refund money for an item that has not yet been returned.
We will do our utmost to get the item to you as quickly as possible.
If you check you will be assured that we ship as soon as an order has been placed.
However, we have no way of checking whether there has been a notification from the post office.
Only once an item has been returned are we able to confirm that it was not delivered.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
