返品しなきゃいけないの？
私日本に住んでるんですよ。
購入する時は転送会社を使ったんだ。
もちろん返品送料分も返金してくれるんだよね？
ちなみに日本からそっちへの送料は約20.2ドル
返品するなら、送料分も返金して欲しい。
品物代だけの返金でいいから、返品はなしでどうだろう？
それがお互い手間もかからず、一番安く済む方法じゃないかい？
別に返金じゃなくてもいい。
ちゃんと使える物を送ってくれる方が得なら、それでもいい。
ただこちらとしては不良品を掴ませられているんだから、返品送料は払いたくない。

Do I need to return the product?

You will of course refund for the return shipment, correct?
For your info, the shipment charge from Japan to there is about 20.2 dollars.
If returning the products is necessary, I want a refund for the return shipment also.
Or how about no return shipment, as I am agreeable to a refund of the product price.
This way, it will save time for both of us and will be the cheapest?
I am even OK without a refund.
If it is better for you to supply me a usable product, that will work, too.
However, as I am only stuck with a defective product, I do not want to pay for the return shipment.
