Hello,
A friend of mine looked at the knife, model 16, which I bought from you, and told me that it was not unused.
Then I looked at it carefully to find that the knife had been ground to some extent.
You should have described such a defect that should degrade the item.
Your descirption only said it was unused.
So I want you to refund $100. What do you think?

Hello,
One of my friend who took a look at this knife of Model number 16, which I bought from you, told me that it was not an unused knife.
As such, I looked at the tip and found a sign showing that it was sharpened.
You should describe a defect which may remarkably lower the value of a product in the product description.
In your description, it was written that the knife was an unused one.
Can you please refund me $100?
Thank you.

Hello.
A friend of mine saw the model 16 knife, which I bought from you, and said that it was not mint.
I carefully saw it and found a trace of pretty sharpening at its tip.
I wanted you to have described, in the item explanation, about the scars that remarkably detracted the item value; in your explanation, the item was described as unused.
Would you please refund $ 100?
Thank you.

Hello
One of my friends told me that the model 16 knife which I have purchased from you is actually a secondhand goods.
When you look at the knife-point, you can recognize the huge trace of grinding.
This trace could severely degrade the commodity value.
Since you advertised this as an unused item, I want you to accept my claim for refund of $100.
Thank you for your cooperation.
