There are many peeled gold coatings on parts of valve case of the trumpet. Look at the picture carefully. Especially those on 1st and 3rd piston, and the section of 3rd slide pipe are worse. But, because there is no damaged or dent, it is found that the trumpet was well-used judging from tiny scraps.

The peeling off of the gilding, In the valve case part of this trumpet, the gilding is very peeled off. Please look at th photo carefully. The especially peeled off parts are the 1st and 3rd pistons and the joint of the 3rd slide pipe.
However, there aren't any large scratches or dents, even though it does give the feeling it's something aged. There are some small scratches.

There are many chipped parts of the gold plating around the valves of this trumpet. Please take a close look at the picture. It's very noticeable particularly at the first piston, the third piston and the section of the third valve slide. Although there are no remarkable flaws or bents, however, it shows signs of age to some extent. There are some small scratches.
