・日本への留学経験があれば、なお望ましいです。

I am planning to enter new business area of English web site designing intended for a large and small scale entities. In connection with this, I am looking for someone who can translate Japanese to English.
This is my requirements for an ideal candidate;
・ A person who can read Japanese and writing English is native level.
・ A person who can work at 2 to 4 dollars per hour
・ It is preferable if a person has a overseas education in Japan.
Major work is to rewrite the text in Japanese web site into English text.
