今回入荷予定の商品に対してポリエステル素材が含まれているので品質証明の書類が必要です。あなたが送って頂いた書類は、すべての秋冬商品に関しての品質証明の書類で、必要なのはポリエステル素材が含まれている商品のみの書類です。また、インボイス修正の件ですが、あなたのアトリエから出荷する通常使用している形式のインボイスで修正してください。工場からのインボイスを請求先の宛先を変更するだけのインボイスは止めてください。

The products that will be delivered this time contain polyster material and a certificate of quality is required. The documents you sent me is a certificate of quality for all autumn-winter products. What I need is a document for the products that contain polyester material. As for the invoice, would you modify the invoice in the format your atelier usually use when shipping? Do not send me the invoice from the factory with the address on it changed.

We need another Certificate of Quality, because there is a product(s) which contains some polyester in the shipment under the Invoice number ( ). All of the certificates you sent us are for Autumn and Winter items, and what we need is the one for the item(s) containing some polyester.
Regarding the revision of the Invoice, please use your standard form, which you usually use when you ship products from your workshop. Please do not use the manufacturer’s invoice by changing the consignee’s name.
「今回入荷予定」というところを「出荷」と訳していますが、「今回」という部分が少し曖昧なので（出荷済みかどうかも分かりかねましたので）もしインボイス番号が分かっておられるのでしたら、（）部分にインボイス番号を入れると明確になります。もしインボイス番号が分からない場合は注文書番号をいれてもいいと思います。その場合は、「under the Invoice number ( )」を「under our P.O. # xxxxx」として下さい。
最後のインボイスの「請求先」のところですが、荷受人(＝販売先)というconsigneeにしています。

Please stop the invoice only for changing the address of a claim place by the invoice from a factory.
