I am sorry you find yourself in this difficult situation with the order: ●● and the buyer, A, not making contact.
Having checked your buyer/seller messages within your Seller Central, I can see that you have made several attempts to contact the buyer, as they are requesting a price match for your product, as a result of finding a lower price with another seller.
Under Amazon returns policy, a buyer is entitled to request a refund up to 30days from the date of order.
②I understand that you have attempted to contact the buyer in order to resolve the issue and have yet to hear back from the buyer. In order to assist you I have reached out to Customer Services who can contact the buyer directly on your behalf. Seller Support have access to seller details and their Seller Central but do not have access to buyer accounts. Customer Services have access to buyer accounts and can assist them directly.
③CS will email the buyer directly, that being said, A cannot compel the buyer to make direct contact with you. I appreciate that this situation may be frustrating for you, and need to advise you that A expect sellers to work with their buyers to resolve issues that arise from their transactions.
However, it is up to the individual seller to determine what action provides the most appropriate customer service for each situation.
Should it result that the buyer does not contact you, then you are withing your rights to wait until the item is returned to you prior to issuing a refund.
