先日商品が届きました。確認しましたが、SA-3.1はPHONOの片チャンネルが音が出ません。SA-100はブーンと異音が出ており、使用ができません。出品時は、問題なかったのでしょうか？大変困っております。

The product arrived a few days ago. I checked it, but one of the phono channels of the SA-3.1 doesn't make any sound. The SA-100 makes a lot of noise, so I can't use it. Were there any problems when you shipped them? I am very worried about it.

I received your shipment the other day. I checked the product and found out that there was no sound at one of PHONO channels for SA-3.1. On the other hand, SA-100 was unusable because it generated rather strong buzz sound. What were the conditions of those products at the time of shipment? Were those operating good? Now, I am in big trouble.
