4月17日に5-7 business day以内にクレジットカードへ返金というご連絡を貰いましたが、
5月15日現在、カードへの請求がきてしまっています。
クレジットカード会社へ連絡したところ貴社からの返金は未だきていないということでした。
クレジットカードへの返金は完了していますでしょうか？

I got a notification on April 17 from you that you would refund the money within 5-7 business days t to my credit card.
But the payment request reached to my card on May 15.
On contacting my credit card company, I found they haven’t got the refund from your company.
I wonder whether you completed the refund procedure to my credit card.
