出張のため、荷物の検品が遅れ、連絡が遅くなりました。
本日、届いた時計を開墾したら、中でバラバラになっており、
時計もむき出しで、検品してみると、表面に、爪が引っかかる程の傷が付いていました。
評価の高いセラーであるあなたが、このような状態で商品を発送したとは思えません。
画像を添付しておりますので、確認してください。
申し上げにくいのですが、商品としての価値は無いので返品したいのですが、
送料のことを考えると現実的ではないので、半額返金を希望します。

Sorry for my late reply, I was on a business trip and inspection of the item was delayed.
When I opened the box of the watch I received today, it was scattered inside.
The watch was not even wrapped, and when I checked, there was a damage on surface which fingernail can hook. I don't think hily rated seller like you send the item in such condition.
Please refer to the attached image.
It's hard for me to say this, but there is no vale on the item so I want to return it.
However, it is not realistic considering the shipping cost, so I want you to make half refund.

I have opened the box and checked the watch I ordered, however the contents of the box were scatterwed, and the watch was unwrapped.
Also, when I checked the item condition, there is a scrach which my nail is stuck on surface.
As you are high scored experienced sellar, I don't want to believe that you dispatched the item having such a bad condition.
Please check the condition of the watch with the attached image.
