Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, Japan Post told me that it cannot ship it by EMS. The bicycles are too large and they are not within the limitation of package size. I apologize you that I have not thought about the limitation of the size. I am very sorry but I have to cancel your order. I hope we would have a business chance in the future.
In case of returning of product on the customer's reason, we will refund the amount after deducting return shipping fee to the customer.

Thank you for your order. You must be expecting the delivery, but the Japan Post says delivery by EMS is not possible. They say size of the both bicycles exceeds the upper limit of their EMS delivery. We regret that we didn't think about the size, and very sorry to say we will cancel your order.
