この度はご注文ありがとうございます。せっかくご注文頂いたのですが、EMS便での配送ができないと日本郵便に言われてしまいました。自転車は２台とも、サイズ上限に引っかかるということです。出荷サイズ制限のことまで考えておらず、失礼いたしました。心苦しいのですが、注文をキャンセルさせて頂きます。また機会があればよろしくお願いします。

お客様都合の返品の際は、返金時に発送時の送料を差し引いて返金させて頂きます。

未開封・未使用の場合しか、返品を受付けることができません。予めご了承ください。

Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, Japan Post told me that it cannot ship it by EMS. The bicycles are too large and they are not within the limitation of package size. I apologize you that I have not thought about the limitation of the size. I am very sorry but I have to cancel your order. I hope we would have a business chance in the future.

In case of returning of product on the customer's reason, we will refund the amount after deducting return shipping fee to the customer.

Please note that we accept only unopened and unused items.
