この度はご注文ありがとうございます。せっかくご注文頂いたのですが、EMS便での配送ができないと日本郵便に言われてしまいました。自転車は２台とも、サイズ上限に引っかかるということです。出荷サイズ制限のことまで考えておらず、失礼いたしました。心苦しいのですが、注文をキャンセルさせて頂きます。また機会があればよろしくお願いします。

お客様都合の返品の際は、返金時に発送時の送料を差し引いて返金させて頂きます。

未開封・未使用の場合しか、返品を受付けることができません。予めご了承ください。

Thank you for your order. You must be expecting the delivery, but the Japan Post says delivery by EMS is not possible. They say size of the both bicycles exceeds the upper limit of their EMS delivery. We regret that we didn't think about the size, and very sorry to say we will cancel your order.
We look forward to your order next time if we have a chance.
If item is returned for the reasons of customer, we will refund after deducting shipping fee.
Please understand that we can accept return of item only if it is unopened and unused.
