A and B を2つ注文したのにBが付属されていません。
Bを2つ送ってください。
Cを1つ注文したのに同梱されていません。
Cを1つ送ってください。
3月20注文分のDが初期不良です。
pan操作が全く動きません。
tilt操作は動きます。
お客のクレームで返品され
今、動作確認しました。
リモコンの不具合なのか本体の不具合なのか、当方では判断できません。
お客は交換希望なので新しいDを早急に送って欲しい。
Dは御社に返送した方がよいですか?
We ordered A and B but the B was not attached so please send two of the B.
We also ordered one C but this was not included as well so please send one C.
D which was ordered on March 20th is a defect.
Tilt is functioning fine however, Pan is not functioning at all.
We just found out about the condition after the customer complained and returned the product.
We cannot tell whether it is a defect on the remote control or on the main product from our side.
The customer is requesting for an exchange so we'd appreciate it if you would send a brand new D.
Please further advise if we should return the D to you.
