3月27日注文分と4月4日注文分が今日到着しました。

A and B を2つ注文したのにBが付属されていません。
Bを2つ送ってください。

Cを1つ注文したのに同梱されていません。
Cを1つ送ってください。

3月20注文分のDが初期不良です。
pan操作が全く動きません。
tilt操作は動きます。

お客のクレームで返品され
今、動作確認しました。
リモコンの不具合なのか本体の不具合なのか、当方では判断できません。

お客は交換希望なので新しいDを早急に送って欲しい。

Dは御社に返送した方がよいですか?

I have receive the items I placed order on March 27th and April 4th today.

However, I have ordered two A and B, but cannot find the B in the package.
Please send me two B.

I have ordered one C, but cannot find the C in the package.
Please send me one C.

The D I ordered on March 20th is initial failure.
tilt operation works but pan operation dosen't work at all.

There was a claim from a customer and I check the returned item.
I cannot determine whether it is malfunction of the remote control or the body.

Our customer requests to exchange the damaged item, please send us the new D immediately.
Do I need to return the damaged D to you?
