私は購入した商品が説明と異なったので、返品を希望したが、
セラーが受け入れないため、Resolution Centerからクレームを挙げた。

指示に従って、商品をセラーに発送しましたが、トラッキングナンバーを

I requested for return because the item I purchased was different from the description, however, since the seller did not accept my request, I complained from Resolution Center.

I sent the item to the seller following the instruction, but when I checked the tracking number, it seems like it has not been received despite of the fact the local post office left notification of absence. Probably the seller is rejecting to receive the item. At this rate, the item will be returned to me.
How should I handle a case like this?

As the item I received was different from what was stated in the description, I asked the seller if I could return it to him/her, only to be rejected. Then I filed a claim to the Resolution Center.

In accordance with the indication from the center, I sent the item back to the seller. The tracking number showed the item had already been delivered and brought back to the office, leaving a delivery note there. And he/she seems not to have received it yet.
I assume he/she is trying to reject the package.
If so, the package should be sent back to me.
What should I do for the case like this? Please advise. Thank you.
