In addition I went over the story of creditworthiness and financial power of Taiwan several times, but, as for the conditions presented by Japan side on Saturday in reaction to their earnest notice that they wanted to push forward the case by all means, landowner’s side regarded that they accepted almost every demand of our side, and said that Japanese lawyers who were familiar with the land & right business should know very well that they can provide such prerequisite as the landowner's side would incur us high penalty if we should violate the terms of the deposit.
