I would like to inform you on the status concerning Kumamoto. We are currently negotiating, however, based on Japan's custom, the deposit must be paid on the day following the day of agreement. This is subject to condition precedent and the seller shall accept full liability in case of an emergency. Thus, they said that because sellout will take place by having this as a condition, it cannot be changed.

Thank you very much.
I report the tentative situation.
We are discussing about the Kumamoto case, but the situation is not good.
According to the Japanese way of transaction, the deposit must be paid on the next day after transaction agreement. If anything wrong happens, the seller must bear all responsibility.
They say that, on this basis for the disposal in the present case, they cannot change the contract condition.

Thank you for all of your hard work. Here is a quick update.

Regarding Kumamoto, we're currently still negotiating. However, in accordance with Japanese business practices, the deposit is due the day after a favorable agreement is reached. This is a condition precedent built in so that on the off chance that something should happen, the distributor assumes all responsibility. As such, because this is a condition of the transaction, I'm afraid the due date cannot be changed.
