I would like to inform you on the status concerning Kumamoto. We are currently negotiating, however, based on Japan's custom, the deposit must be paid on the day following the day of agreement. This is subject to condition precedent and the seller shall accept full liability in case of an emergency. Thus, they said that because sellout will take place by having this as a condition, it cannot be changed.

This is a condition precedent built in so that on the off chance that something should happen, the distributor assumes all responsibility. As such, because this is a condition of the transaction, I'm afraid the due date cannot be changed.
