オーダー番号〇の時計の件ですが、クレジットカード会社に来ている請求金額と、御社から送ってもらった金額が合いません。
１万円以上高い金額で、請求が来てます。
おそらく、２０日たって支払をキャンセルして、再度御社が請求したため、為替変動があり生じているものと思います。
どちらにしても、私はＪＰＹ表記の御社の表示金額で支払をしてますので、差額分を至急返金してください
もしくは、€で支払をしていいですが、その場合は別のクレジットカードで払います。
商品がまだ届かないがいつ届くんだ！？

Concerning the watch with the order number ○, the billing amount sent to my credit card and the amount you asked for me are different.
The billing amount to my credit card is more than 10000 yen higher.
I cancelled payment in 20 days after transaction, and you again asked me for payment. Perhaps it would be the reason; I think the fluctuation in exchange caused this situation.
At any rate, I will make payment according to the money you asked in JPY rate, so please sent back the difference in the money to me rapidly.
Or I can pay by €, but in that case I will pay with a different credit card.
I haven’t received the item yet. When will it be delivered!?
