今回注文分の配送先に送ることが出来ないという意味でしょうか？

* At present it takes at least three days from when payment is made before an item is shipped
* If shipped from another location it can be shipped faster
If it is shipped from another location then how long does it take after payment to be shipped?
Where exactly is this "another place" to which you are referring?
Does that mean that it is not possible to send the items to the address in this order?
Or, does it mean that it is not possible to send the items to an address other than the one in this order?
