５組セットの方は、７センチなら、こちらは購入します。
８組セットの方は、商品を正しく説明してなかった訳ですから、返品か２割以上の値引きをお願いします。このままではとても納得できません。ご返事をお待ちしています。

Thank you for contacting me. However, there is a big difference between 7cm and 6cm for the height of the cup. The price as well as the appearance are different. I wouldn't have bought it at this price if it were 6cm.
About 5 sets, I'll buy them if their height is 7cm.
Regarding 8 sets, as you did not properly describe the item, please accept return or deduct at least 20% on the price. I'm not convinced about this situation. I(ll be waiting for your reply.

Thank you for your mail. However, there is a huge difference in heights of cups between 6cm and 7cm. Both prices and apprearances differ. If a cup had been 6cm high, I would never have bought it in this price.
If those in a set of 5 units are 7 cm high, I will buy them.
In terms of a set of 8 units, I'd ask you to accept either returning or discout by 20% or more, because you did not give me correct information of items. I can't put up with current situation. Please respond to me.
