Please produce the custom items with "1" embroidered on the shoulder same as the sample. Please let us confirm that we agreed that we purchase 10 items and another 5 are offered for free. Also please make sure that the items are to be shipped before the holidays. Lastly, we would like to combine the bill for products with the one for samples.

With regard to the additional order items, please make sure to produce them like an embroidery sample, No.1, attached to the shoulder. On top of that, when we negotiated the business deal before, we reached an agreement in which five items are provided for free and you will charge other 10 items. Besides, we want to confirm whether you are still on the schedule to make a shipment before the year end holidays. Lastly, considering the payment, we appreciate that you combine a bill for items and a bill for a sample.

For the item ordered separately, please make the product as same as the sample with "1" embroidered on the shoulder part. For the items, 5 should be provided to us with no charge, and we will be buying 10, as discussed previously. And just making sure, for the delivery, will you be shipping this order before end-year holiday as we discussed? Finally for the payment, please let us have both product and the samples on a same invoice.
