彼女は九尾の狐であり、住んでいる場所は不明です。
八雲紫の式神であり、妖怪最強クラスである九尾の狐です。
彼女自身も式神なのですが、その能力の高さからChenという式神を仕えている。
非常に頭が良く、特に数学が得意です。
暇つぶしに三途の川の長さを算出するほどです。

Yakumo Ran is an extra boss character who appears in Touhou Youyoumu ~ Perfect Cherry Blossom.
She is a nine-tailed fox. It is unknown where she lives.
She is Yakumo Yukari's shikigami, and a member of the strongest class of youkai, the nine-tailed foxes.
Even though she is a shikigami herself, thanks to the depth of her abilities, she also uses a shikigami called Chen.

（その後藍は勝手な行動をしたということで紫にひどく叱られました。）

In the original story, she appeared as a character to give revenge to the main character n the story which was treating Daidai badly and unfaithfully.
(but after, Ai was rebuked from Murasaki for her self centered action)
The spellcard is very similar to Murasaki, you could see that she learned from Murasaki.
The spellcard, Shikigami "Chen" is a combination attack with her own Shikigami, Chen.
From this spellcard, you could see the trust between the two.
