Mononobe no FutoはTouhou Shinreibyou に出てくるボスキャラクターです。
彼女は尸解仙であり、霊廟に住んでいます。
まだ布都や神子が人間だった頃、長きにわたって仏教と神道は宗教対立をしていた。
その際に彼女はある計画を企んだ。
彼女も神子同様不老不死を望み、神子を手助けすることで自分も不老不死を得るというものだ。
その際に敵対する仏教徒の蘇我屠自古の手を得て尸解仙になり、後に神子と共に道教を広めようと企んだ。

Mononobe no Futo is a character who appears in Touhou Shinreibyou.
She is a shikaisen who lives in the mausoleum.
When Miko and Futo were still humans, they opposed both Buddhism and Shintoism.
As a result, she came up with a plan.
Both she and Miko desired perpetual youth and longevity, so she decided to achieve that by helping Miko.
During that time, she became a shikaisen at the hand of the Buddhist, Soga no Tojiko, and later plotted to spread Taoism with Miko.

While this was happening, she was plotting some idea.
Just like Kamiko, she desired for forever life, and her plan was to help Kamiko to gain ever life herself.
During the plan was turning into action, she got the hand of 蘇我屠自古, which was the believer of Buddahism, an enemy to Mononobe no Futo. And with 蘇我屠自古's hand, she became 尸解仙. Leading her to spread thier belief along with Kamiko.

しかし、行動を不審に思った仏教徒により復活が阻まれた。
今作では彼女が長い眠りから復活して霊夢、魔理沙の行く手を阻むのですが、間が抜けているキャラクターとして有名です。
原作の会話でも勘違いやうっかり発言が多く見られます。
設定や行動は頭のいい印象が強いのですが、1400年眠っている間に少しボケてしまったのでしょう。
攻撃は矢印の形をした矢を用います。
また船に乗って攻撃してくるという、今までのキャラクターにはなかった斬新なスペルカードもあります。

When she gets on the boat and attacks, she has a spellcard that has never been seen before.

In the original story, you can see the conversation that she is taking things in a wrong way, or saying things that she wasn't suppose to give out.
The impression that's held is smart and clever, but 1400years of sleep might made her a little slow.
