Aの付属品のHDMIケーブルが不足しています。
そしてAの箱はボロボロでした。開け口も破けてます。
新品の元箱を今後の予備も含めて3つ送って下さい。
Bを注文したいと思いますが、直ぐに発送できますか?
私の顧客が一日でも早い到着を望んでいます。
Bだけでも、来週の月曜日に発送していただくことは可能ですか?
不可能な場合、最短の発送は何日になりそうですか?
AとCとDも月曜日に発送していただけたら助かります。

If not, when can you send it at earliest?
It'll help me if you can send A, C, and D on Monday as well.
