Aの付属品のHDMIケーブルが不足しています。
そしてAの箱はボロボロでした。開け口も破けてます。
新品の元箱を今後の予備も含めて3つ送って下さい。

Bを注文したいと思いますが、直ぐに発送できますか？
私の顧客が一日でも早い到着を望んでいます。
Bだけでも、来週の月曜日に発送していただくことは可能ですか？
不可能な場合、最短の発送は何日になりそうですか？

AとCとDも月曜日に発送していただけたら助かります。
