PRO-FORMA INVOICEだと通関できないと税関に言われてしまいました。
今回はUnit priceが$15.88となったINVOICEを送っていただけませんか？
また、なぜ差出人がSURPRISE TOYS&GIFT CO.,LTDではなくWHAT BEAUT TULART DEVELOPMENTになっているのかと訪ねられたんですが、何と回答すればよいですか？

Hello,
Customs told that that they could not accept PRO-FORMA INVOICE.
Can you send me an invoice with $15.88 of the unit price?
Also they asked us why the sender was WHAT BEAUT TULART DEVELOPMENT instead of SURPRISE TOYS&GIFT CO.,LTD. How should we reply?
