As I had some friends who passed by a similar process, it seems it is possible to apply for the work visa without the diploma (with 卒業見込み証明書), as long as we have the expectation graduation period. (One of the documents that I submitted to you last Tuesday).

My concern is that under Student Visa with part-time work permission (current 資格外活動許可 condition), I have a limited work hours permission. Can you confirm if my pay will be the same as agreed regardless of working hours under my student visa?

I really would like to apply for the work permit application this week or next week, since the process usually takes in average two months.

ビザの申請について確認しました。まず、貴方の学生ビザでの滞在期限は10月ですが、ワーキングビザの申請中であれば12月まで滞在が認められますので、滞在期間については問題ありません。現在、ワーキングビザの申請手続きを進めていますが、ワーキングビザの発給は卒業証明提出後になりますので恐らく、早くとも10月中になるかと思います。

First your period of stay with your student visa is until October, but if you are in the process of applying for a working visa your stay will be granted till December, so duration of your stay should not be a problem. Currently I am proceeding with the working visa application process but since it will be issued after your graduation certificate being submitted, so the earliest possibility would be in mid October.

本日、試作メーカーと最終打合せを行いました。8月中旬にAとBの試験を行いたいのですが、AとBの試験は同日行えないので、試験立会の日程を2日いただいても宜しいでしょうか。

Hi. Thanks for following through on this resolution. I actually collected in person from the international mail center or via NZ customs.  I understand I need to fill out a form that has your details but it I thought itd be process with your / Japan Mail center?  As I was told something different for the process by them.  They then ask for the model to be returned to international mail center for accessment upon this being completed.
