私は昨日、日本の郵便局に行って確認しましたところ、住所には問題はなかったみたいです。なぜならば日本と書かれていれば、他の国に行くことはないそうです。送付先アドレスにはヤマガタと違う県のアドレスが何故か書かれてましたが、それは郵便番号が間違えてなければ東京に着くそうです。また、こちらから詳しく調べてもらったところ、荷物はオークランドからアメリカに行ってるらしいです。その後、また日本に送られるのではないかと言ってました。どうかUSPSにそのことを確認してみてください。お願いします

I went to post office to see what has happened yesterday but it has no problem with shipping address.
Because If written To Japan on the package ,it should send to Japan without any problem. As shipping address included Yamagata, that is different prefecture wrongly, however it must be delivered to Tokyo if postal code is correct it seems.
As I asked to check more precisely, the package was going to America from Auckland, later, it would back to Japan, the post office says. Please check the status for UPS, later.

Regarding your ordered item shipping on 5th of February, it was returned to Japan due to excess of limit of holding in house.
On 12th of February it seemed to deliver them again but resulted returning to the post office.

関税代を下げたい方は申告額を安く記載してくれっという方はいます。
しかし、その際には輸送時のトラブルがあった場合申告額が保証額となります。
あまりオススメはしてません。

I don't much about the import tax of US.
There's someone wishing to put less expensive price for the document regarding tax issue for the purpose.But if you would face any problems occurred for this if any of troubles on shipping and delivery, the guarantee value becomes depending upon the declared value.Therefor it will not be recommended.
Please be considered if so many such customers are.

1についてですが、世界的にネットにおいてもペイパルについてもそれを正確に精密に証明するのは中々大変です。中々これという策を探し出すのは大変です。
参考まで、私達には他の日本のお客様がいて、NC22と請求書について処理の宣言依頼をしていないという例があります。

請求書のすべて○○の名前と住所が記載されてしまうと税関の方で商品の方が販売用として判断されてしまう可能性があります。
販売用として判断されると税関の方で余計な関税が掛かってしまうのでそれは避けたいのです。
なので請求書の方には発送先ごとに名前と住所を記載して頂きたい。

また、日本の税関では132.83€（￥16666）以上は課税対象になるので、その金額以下で税関を通過できるように御社から注文しています。

①税関で販売用としてして判断されたくない。

②132.83€を超えて注文は避けたい
