本日の午後、銀行を訪問しました。　
当初、銀行側はウガンダ向け中古車のUSD小切手は偽造の割合が９０％を超えていることを理由に正式な受付を拒否しました。その後、交渉の結果、添付ファイルのとおり、本日付で小切手の取立てを正式に受付しました。
しかし、現地、Wells　Fargo　N.A　銀行への確認と当社資金化には3週間程度かかると言われました。
当社はあくまで資金化を確認するまでは、船積みの準備をしませんのでご了承ください。
また、もし偽造小切手であった場合、当社は法的に対処します。

We have visited the bank in the afternoon of that day.
At first, the bank declined to accept the check in USD from the second hand vehicles to Uganda formally, by the reason that the odds of the fake exceeds 90%. However after and as the result of our some persuasion, they formally accept the collection of the check as of that day as the file attached. But they told us it took about 3 weeks
for them to confirm to the spot and Wells Fargo N.A and to transfer the cash to our company.
Please understand we couldn't prepare to ship until the confirmation on the transfer of the money.
In addition, when the check proves the scam, we will take the legal measures.

capとbarrelについた引っかき傷はとても鋭い傷なので、カッターなどの鋭利なものでつけられたと推測されます。また、Ericからのオリジナルパッケージにはこのような鋭い傷が見受けられないことから、この傷は彼から貴社への輸送中に生じたものではないと考えます。従ってこの引っかき傷は、貴社の社員がオリジナルパッケージからペンを取り出す際に発生したものと判断できます。また、capの欠けはこの引っかき傷の線上にあることから、この欠けもペンを取り出す際に生じた可能性が高いと思われます。

However, as Erich reported he hadn't found such sharp cut as this at the original package, the cut didn't seem to take place during the transport from him to your esteemed company. Therefore the drawn cut can be judged to arise at the moment when your staff drew the van from the original package. Also, as the scar of the cap is on the line of the drawn cut, it is thought to have high odds of generating at the times of drawing van out.

観光庁高橋戦略課長がアクション・プログラム語る

日本コングレス・コンベンション・ビューロー産業部会は7月25日、東京交通会館内のJNTO会議室で「第１回MICE技能研修会」を開催。約50人が出席した。観光庁観光戦略課長の高橋一郎氏が登壇し、6月17日に閣僚会議で決定された「観光立国実現に向けたアクション・プログラム2014」について語った。

今回のアクションプランは、政府、安倍首相の観光立国推進への意欲の高さから、閣僚会議で13人の大臣と議論を重ねた上で決定されたもの。

Industry Department Meeting of Japan Congress Convention Bureau held [The 1st Training of MICE Skill] of about 50 persons present at the meeting room of JNTO within Tokyo Traffic Hall on July 25. Mr. Takahashi Ichiro, the chief of Strategy Section of Tour Bureau had platformed and spoken about [Action Program 2014 for the realization of Tourist Nation] that was decided at Ministerial Meeting of June 17.

This Action Program is adopted on Ministerial Meeting of 13 Ministers for promoting the policy of Tourist Nation of the Government and Abe, the Prime Minister.

町田市役所跡地をイベント向けに開放

2012年に移転した町田市役所の本庁舎跡地が整備され、このほど芝生広場「町田シバヒロ」として、新たな賑わいの創出を目的に、一般利用やイベントに開放された。

芝生部分の面積は約5700㎡。各1300m2のA・B・C・D面と500m2のE面に分割使用が可能で、営利目的イベントで全日利用の料金はA～D面が31,200円、E面が12,000円となっている。
