ヘンリーさんは０４年にベトナムで投資会社を立ち上げ、成功して事業を拡大。０８年にはグエン・タン・ズン首相の長女と結婚し、政界とのパイプも築いた実業家だ。「米越の不幸な歴史は終わった。二つの祖国を結びつけるのは僕の宿命だ」。そう切り出し、自らの半生を語り始めた。

　７５年４月２５日夕、サイゴン。南ベトナム政府側の技師だった父に米国関係者から電話が入った。「３０分で荷物をまとめろ」。数日中に南が降伏し、安全が保証できないとの連絡だった。ヘンリーさんは当時１歳１０カ月。

In 2008, he married Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung's eldest daughter and became a businessman having built a pipe connecting to the world. "The sorrowful history of America and Vietnam has ended. To connect my two homelands is my destiny." He began to talk about half his own life like that.

It was the evening of April 25, 1975 in Saigon. There was a call from a US concerned party to the father who was an engineer of South Vietnam's government. "Pack your things in 30 minutes." It was a contact to tell that the South would surrender in a few days and that safety can't be guaranteed. Then, Mr. Henry was a year and 10 months old.

第８条（禁止事項）
乙は次の行為をしてはならない。
(1) 第２条に定めた目的以外の使用をすること。
(2) 賃借権の譲渡（担保提供その他これに準ずる場合を含む）、賃借物件の転貸（その他これに準ずる場合を含む）。
(3) 名義のいかんを問わず、事実上第三者の使用に供すること。

Article 8 (Prohibited Matters)
The second party must not do the following activities.
(1) Use the building for any purpose other than that indicated in Article 2.
(2) Give away the right to rent (including providing security or doing something equivalent) or subleasing the rented article (including doing something equivalent).
(3) Let a third party use the building in reality, regardless of the name in the contract.

第５条（賃料の改訂）
賃料の改訂は物価、公租公課、近隣建物賃料の変動を勘案して、甲乙協議のうえ決定するものとする。

第６条（付加使用料）
乙は第４条の賃料のほかに付加使用料として下記料金及び費用を支払わなければならない。
(1) 電気・水道・ガス料金、衛生清掃費、冷暖房費
(2) その他賃借物件の使用上賃借人の負担となるべき諸経費

Article 5 (Rent Revision)
The rent revision is decided by a consultation between the first party and the second party after considering fluctuations in the cost of living, taxes and public dues, and the rent of nearby buildings.

Article 6 (Costs to Use Additional Things)
The second party must pay the following fees and expenses as the costs to use additional things in addition to the rent in Article 4.
(1) electricity, water, and gas fees, cleaning expenses, and air conditioning expenses
(2) other overheads that should be the renter's responsibility while using the rented article
