Could you tell me my miss sentence points ?
You could refer to translations of other translators. Most sentences in your translation is not correct as regards the meaning of the original text. For example, お返事大変お待たせしました means "sorry to let you wait for my reply" but you translated it the other way round "I have really waited for you to reply"; or お問合せ頂きました件ですが、上席へ相談したところ means "regarding the matter you asked, I talked to my boss" but you translated it "It is a issue of our customer center" - nothing even close to the original text.
