From here on, conduct a consultation with the customer beforehand with statements to gradually improve your product such as: "This line needs to stand out so instead of a literal translation, we could come up with an alternate catch copy!" or "How about incorporating a rewriting project to make it easier to read?"

This is an important feedback. However, turning these claims into opportunities is the job of a sales rep who receive claims from directly speaking with the customers.

A lot of spelling, grammatical and translation misses. There were a lot of words that were unnecessary and it made the translation harder to understand.
