先日ご注文頂きましたAAに関しまして、倉庫から取り寄せる途中にて商品を紛失した事により別の商品のご提案をしましたが、本日問屋からAAの在庫があるとの連絡を頂きました。
我々に商品が到着次第、問題が無ければすぐに発送の手配をさせて頂きます
もしキャンセルしたい場合は以下の方法にてキャンセル手続きを行って下さい。
また何かご不明な点など御座いましたらお気軽にご連絡下さい。
Regarding AA you ordered the other day, we proposed another product because the ordered product was lost on the way from the warehouse, but today the warehouse has just informed me that they have stocks of AA.
