先日ご注文頂きましたAAに関しまして、倉庫から取り寄せる途中にて商品を紛失した事により別の商品のご提案をしましたが、本日問屋からAAの在庫があるとの連絡を頂きました。
我々に商品が到着次第、問題が無ければすぐに発送の手配をさせて頂きます
もしキャンセルしたい場合は以下の方法にてキャンセル手続きを行って下さい。

Regarding AA that you ordered before, we once informed you that it was lost during the transit from the warehouse and we proposed an alternative item to you. However, our wholesaler told us that they have AA on their hand.
