The futon cover only has four strings attached. I actually requested eight. Furthermore I requested 36 centimeter fitted sheets but they are only 33 centimeters.

The duvet cover had only 4 cords to tie to the duvet. I had actually asked for 8 cords. Also, we asked for 36-inch depth on the fitted sheets, but the one we received was only 33 inches.
