いつもお世話になっております。
先日購入させていただいた商品を再度注文したいと思います。
個数は前回と同じく100個注文したいです。
支払い方法は前回と同じく、100個１４００元の内30%の手付金420元を先に振込み、残金を引き取り時に支払う手順でよろしいでしょうか？
また、製品の完成はいつになりますか？
そして、次回あらたに商品を作成依頼したいと考えております。
その件はまた改めて連絡させていただきます。

We would like to repeat the order which we purchased the other day.
The quantity we would like to place is 100 pcs., same as the last time.
Regarding the payment, we would like to first transfer RMB420.-, which is 30% of the total amount of RMB1,400.- for 100 pcs. of the goods, and make the payment for the balance upon receiving the goods. Please kindly confirm it is O.K. with you.
At the same time, please let us know when you will finish the production for our order.
In the meantime, we are considering asking you to produce a new item for our next order. We will let you know about this matter when we decide.
１行目の「いつもお世話になっています。」と言う文ですが、一応、訳出しておりますが、日本独特の言い回しのため、英語のビジネスレターでは通常省略されます。私自身、10年ほど、貿易関係の仕事を経験しておりますが、「いつもお世話になっています。」に匹敵するような英語のメッセージを受け取ったことはありません。

We are thinking the same way as the last time about payment.
