屋上緑化を手がける東邦レオは、オフィス・マンション・福祉施設に特化したハイデザイン・低コスト型の屋上活用パッケージ「プラスワンステージ」を開発し、10月22日から発売を開始した。
都市部でも空き空間として土地代の掛からない「屋上」の活用に注目した開発商品で、オフィスビルでは、屋上会議の提案がすでに実用化しているという。
