屋上を会議室に～東邦レオが活用パッケージを発売

屋上緑化を手がける東邦レオは、オフィス・マンション・福祉施設に特化したハイデザイン・低コスト型の屋上活用パッケージ「プラスワンステージ」を開発し、10月22日から発売を開始した。

都市部でも空き空間として土地代の掛からない「屋上」の活用に注目した開発商品で、オフィスビルでは、屋上会議の提案がすでに実用化しているという。

Toho leo, makers of green roof, has developed a rooftop package called "+1 (plus one) stage" which has a specialised 'high' design and is low cost. It will be on sale starting October 22.

A product that is to address no 'land price/cost', using "rooftops" of urban and even vacant area buildings. It is said that it's already being used in office buildings as a meeting room.
