こんにちは。先日注文した「Oh So Hollywood Clutch in mutant」のBAGは10月27日に受け取りました。でも、やっぱり以前注文した方のバッグは届きません。もう1ヶ月以上経つのでおそらく輸送中にどこかで紛失したのかもしれません。とても残念です。できたらそのバッグの返金をお願いいたします。返金の為にこちらから何かお伝えする事はありますか？

The matter of an order which has not arrived
Hello. I received the "Oh So Hollywood Clutch in mutant" bag that I ordered the other day on October 27. However, the bag I ordered earlier has still not arrived. Because it has already been more than a month, it might have perhaps been lost in transport. It is very regrettable. If it is possible, I would like to have a refund for that bag. Is there anything I need to tell you in order to receive a refund?
