Once you’ve received your order, you have 28 days to decide if you want to keep it (including sale items). If not, you can return your item for a refund.
As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
There’s a pre-printed label on the returns note included with your order – just peel it off and stick it to the front of the parcel – remember to include your returns note in your parcel.

It can take up to 21 working days for your return to reach us. As soon as we’ve received it, we’ll send you a confirmation email and sort out a refund for you.
