The original package is first carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and then
placed in a very sturdy 5 ply carton filled with styrofoam peanuts and taped
all over for good measure and protection.

Photos of the model and the packaging are then also sent to the customer by
e-mail.

We actually pride ourselves on our packaging and it is obvious from the
feedback we receive.

Moreover, the package is sent insured; should there have been a problem with
the same on delivery the customer should either have refused to receive the
package or should have at least taken it up with the post office or the
delivery company and let us know to at least give us the chance to claim or
help him claim.
