I recently changed my job and also had some problem with my computer so, there is been a lot of things going on lately. I checked the shaft once before and kept it in a plastic bag till today.
I am not the kind of a person who will tell a lie to get my refund since I would like to continue doing business with you, but I do understand your feeling. I would like to ask for my refund since the item I received was different from what I ordered in the first place.
