The purpose of this research is to investigate the mechanism of the formation of Biased Potential Actions by reproducing the experiment of Klaes et al. The involved technique to do the experiment is to reform the Prefrontal cortex (PFC) layers of the mathematical model devised by Cisek, which reproduces the information flow between frontoparietal regions, to correspond to “D” and “I” groups in a way in which each rule is encoded and set in a layer so that the layer has a function of making action plans.
