マッキントッシュMA5100のアンプの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認しました。アンプをONにすると、大きめの”ブーン”とハムノイズが出ており、非常に気になります。ヘッドフォン端子からも出ております。AUX、PHONOなど、どの端子につないでも、同じように、ハムノイズが出てしまうのです。特に、商品説明には記載はありませんでした。この現象は記載しなければならない事ではないのでしょうか？非常に困っております。ご連絡お待ちしております。

This is about the Macintosh MA5100 amps. I was on a business trip until a few days ago so yesterday and today I checked the pre-amplifiers that arrived. When I turn the amp ON a big "boom" and ham noise come out and I'm really worried about it. It also comes out from the headphone terminal. No matter if I connect it to AUX or PHONO or whatever the same ham noise comes out. This was particularly not in your product description. Isn't this phenomenon something that you should state? This is about Macintosh MA5100 amplifier. I confirmed preamplifiers that arrived today and yesterday as I had been out of my town. When I make amplifiers on, the louder hum noise"boom" comes and that makes me feel uneasy. The same is for the headphone terminal. It looks like the same hum noise is made even with connected them to AUX and PHONO. There is no description on item description about it. I think this phenomenon should be written on it.
