5月11日に発送依頼した11個口の商品ですが、
まだ商品が私のもとに到着していません。
その件について、先程ＤＨＬに確認したところ、ＭＹＵＳから11個口のうちの1個が
5月14日に遅れて発送されたとの連絡がありました。
1個だけ遅れる（忘れる？）とはどうゆうことでしょうか。
どの荷物がどのような理由で遅れたのか説明して下さい。
以前も12個口の商品のうち、1個が香港からアメリカにＭＹＵＳの指示で
戻ったことがありました。
今後同じことが起こらないように、どう改善するかも併せて連絡下さい。

Regarding the 11 items I ordered on the 11th of May, I have not received them as of today.
I have checked with DHL concerning this shipment earlier today, and I was informed that MYUS had forgotten to include 1 item of the 11 items ordered, so the last forgotten item was shipped out only on the 14th May.
Could you explain to me why 1 item was separately sent (forgotten)?
Please explain to me in details exactly with what sort of reason it was that the item was sent out late.
I remember that an item was, based on MYUS' instruction, sent back from Hong Kong to America before.
I would like to hear from you regarding the above together with how you are going to improve on this issue in the future.
