Concerning Japan's classification of new aircraft carriers as escort vessels

The ninth provision of Japan's constitution prohibits Japan from possessing attack-type military vessels. However, there are currently as many as two military vessels under construction, each classified as escort vessels. Would this improvement of technological strength be applicable for world top class Japan? It is nothing but sophisticated.

As for the government, there has not been a trace of discussion in the National Diet. I always think this, but what are Earth do we Japanese always want to do?
