eBay buyer protection requires that we accept returns on items that are significantly not as described, and I honor that. Per eBay policy the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Partial refunds (especially in the amount of half the items cost) are just not a fair solution when an item was sent in full working condition and cosmetically in near perfect shape for it's age. I truly do not want this to be a negative experience, nor would I want you to feel you need to resort to negative feedback or open a case, but I will not be able to offer a partial refund of anywhere near $360
