My husband and i dined at la mer last week and it was impeccable. Come prepared to be well dressed and expect to pay a premium for the impeccable service and food. I honestly have trouble thinking of anything that could have been improved. It was by far the best service I've had at a restaurant and the food and wine pairings were fantastic. We had reservations and were seated by the window with a great view of diamond head and the ocean. The waiters were wonderful and there wasnt a thing I would have changed about this place. It is elegant fine dining at it's best!
